PLN 0 - free delivery or orders for a minimum of 150 PLN
PLN 14 - standard courier or parcel locker ("paczkomat") - InPost (payment in advance)
PLN 19 - for cash on delivery (COD) payment

The time depends on the courier company and the day of placing the order.
Usually orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.
